This beautiful apartment is ideal for families, friends and couples, as it can accommodate up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, the main one with a comfortable king size bed formed by two single beds joined together and the second one with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed. With a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, very bright, from where you can access directly to the cozy terrace of the house, which has an outdoor table, shower and sun loungers all in a large open space, where you can have lunch, relax and sunbathe. It also has Smart TV, 300mb Fibre Wifi, designed for teleworking, fan, lift and two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, in the quiet residential complex in which it is located. With all amenities, just a few steps from supermarkets and the Mogán Mall shopping centre, where you will find a wide range of leisure and restaurants. With the beach of Puerto Rico just a few minutes drive from the property, it also has a magnificent connection to the motorway to be able to get to know the rest of the island comfortably.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, 300mb fibre Wifi, Smart TV, lift, bed linen and shower towels and communal swimming pool in the residential complex.

The property has a lift, however, there is a stairway to access the property.

The property is not suitable for babies. There is no cot or high chair available.
