Who wants a chain hotel experience when this is the same price?? Everything was just perfect. All the details were appreciated! Highly recommend. Do need to be able to maneuver steps to the loft. I'm one week out from knee replacement and managed it.»

«We stayed here for a race in downtown Springfield and it was super close. Also, this place was incredibly clean! I loved the old building vibes and the beds were very comfortable. It’s good to know that there isn’t any coffee or anything, so you’ll want to bring your own. Otherwise, perfect stay!»

I also explained to the representative when I called that I felt it was very unsafe conditions in the parking structure which was where the lockbox was. I did not feel safe at all with people that were hanging around the lockbox area. «I feel like part of the reason i didn't enjoy this stay is because i didn't read the details close enough. Overall, it was clean enough except for the couch cover which may have been clean but had hair and lint embedded in it. I put a blanket over before sitting but it was my blanket from my car because there is no extra bedding at the apartment. There also isnt any eating utensils. «The Black Palace was just that! Decor was very enchanting and interesting. The room was extremely clean and fresh. The towels and sheets smelled amazing. The interaction with the host was informative and timely. Adam is a very conscientious host. The only downside of the stay was the noise level because of the bar next door and people on the street. We were aware of that because of other reviews and it did not dampen our enjoyment of our stay.»

«First step is finding the place. Even with the directions, finding the building was confusing as it was not visible from street or parking lot. Step 2- the temperature of the dwelling.
