At The Tides you will Enjoy this Cozy, Beautiful, Specious apartment situated directly on the beach with 1 large bedroom with 2 queen beds with a big built in walk in closet with plenty of space for hanging and folding; it also has a fold up bed if you are a family of 5. There are bath towels, face towels and beach towels. One bathroom with stand up shower, living room with couch and chairs with comfortable pillows and throw blanket, it has a big screen tv, couch opens up to a bed as well, dinning room with table and 6 chairs and A full kitchen fully loaded just like at home; kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, The apartment has free wifi and high speed internet . In the big closet in the front you will find 4 beach chairs and beach umbrella for you to enjoy the beach, there is a rolling cooler to bring with you some cold drinks to the beach. A large balcony overlooking the beautiful view of the ocean and pool with high palm trees and Tiki hot right in front. Balcony has comfortable chairs and tables to sit all relaxed and have your morning coffee while enjoying your view. 2 pools with complimentary lawn chairs and umbrellas, tables and chairs and tiki hots, valet parking, 2 gyms, laundry room on each floor with cards to load money. A cafe restaurant downstairs by the lobby offering all sorts of drinks, breakfast and lunch, also they offer free delivery to your unit, the pool or the beach.
Property fees: Parking On-Site: $100 for your entire stay (1-7 days ) "Come and go as you please" OR less than 3 nights nightly rate $45 (No in and out); over 7 nights is $200 all in a secured covered Parking Garage or outside lot. Note: The Condo also asks for a $20 REFUNDABLE CASH DEPOSIT in exchange for a self-parking gate-opener that should be placed inside your car. To be paid with the valet at at the time of your arrival. Registration package is $30; it includes one FOB(for every 2 adults), bracelets, a lanyard. *kids 14+ are considered adults.
The building requires you to obtain one access key(FOB) for each 2 adults, it will allow you to access the building and amenities (pool, gym and access to the beach ) for your entire stay.More than 2 adults; you will require extra FOB's 3-4 adults= 2 FOBs.(will go up to $30 for all subsequent fobs). Kids 14+ are considered adults. This is a non-refundable fee and is payable to the building at time of registration and is not included in the price of your stay. It is required to purchase at your check-in in order for you to go around the property.
The Tides is located 20minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport and 35minutes from Miami airport. There is a Walmart super store 10minutes walk or; less than 1minute by car. There are many typical shops at the plaza across like nail salon, restaurants etc. There is a 7eleven across the street from the property, a pizza restaurant, a bakery and an Italian restaurant. Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is about 15minutes walk from you; also plenty of parking garages or street parking if you choose to go by car. It is a 2.5 mile beachside Broadwalk; there you will find over 50 restaurants for any taste, over 30 boutiques and shops; water sports rentals, bicycle rentals and free weekly live music series. Gulfstream Park is a horse racing and an entertainment destination that combines sports and wagering/casino gaming, live shows, restaurants, bars, casino just a 7 minute drive from the property. The famous Aventura Mall is 12minutes away by car (3.8miles). If you choose to go South to visit the famous South Beach it will be about 30minutes drive.
