A complimentary shuttle makes accessing the nearby Hallandale Beach a breeze, where you'll enjoy two beach chairs and towels provided for your convenience. Inside, you'll find a cozy and modern living space, featuring a comfortable sitting area with a TV and a sofa that converts to a sofa bed for additional guests. ● 8–14 nights: $25 per day

● 15–29 nights: $20 per day

● 30+ nights: $300 per month + $10 per additional day.



Incidental Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable)



A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or charges.



The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.



Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay.

• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.

The resort and parking fees are not included in the price paid on the booking channel and paid separately.



A 3% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.



Complimentary: beach/pool towels and 2 beach chairs

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
