Miami Resort Villa features 2,500 sq ft of inside space with mansion-style, high ceilings throughout the entire property. This gorgeous space has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a spacious living room with a 75-inch Smart TV, beautiful outdoor amenities and so much more.

BATHROOMS: The bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), plush towels for both face and body, makeup remover wipes, disposable shower caps, and a hairdryer.

PARKING: Our driveway provides ample parking spots and EV Charger. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn. Maximum cars allowed: 3.

PETS: This property is pet-friendly. We do however charge an extra fee for each pet. (Please inquire about the price)

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions, or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 11 PM. This rule is very important and can result in termination of your reservation, if not followed.

SAFETY: The property is equipped with smoke detectors around the common areas inside. There is also a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit under the kitchen sink. Security cameras are present around the exterior areas of the property and a Ring camera can be found by the front door. Cameras are NEVER located inside the property or facing the inside of the property.

In addition, we use Minut noise monitoring devices that will alert us if the noise level is becoming too loud during the quiet hours of 11 PM - 7 AM. These noise monitoring systems do not record your conversation but just decibels of sound to ensure that the city ordinances are being followed.

OTHER AMENITIES: The following items can be found on our property: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, beach towels, high-speed wifi, smart tv, basic cleaning supplies, board games, Netflix on all TVs, grill, mini-golf, and heated pool. Additionally, the host is available 24/7, at your service. We've thought of practically everything to ensure a seamless stay; however, if you believe we missed something, send us a message and we'll let you know if we can have the item stocked for you.

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team.

Other things to note
POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced every Tuesday between 9-11 AM, so if you see someone outside by the pool don’t be alarmed. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries.

POOL HEAT: The pool heat can be added on at a rate of $50/night.

LANDSCAPING: The landscaping service comes once every two weeks usually on Wednesdays in the morning so don’t be alarmed.

GARBAGE: The city of Cutler Bay removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday. We provide 3 garbage bins on the side of the house. The green bins are for regular trash and the blue bin is for recycling. If you are staying during those days and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house, we would greatly appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure.

BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however, if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida has a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any package deliveries or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.
