Title: Shockingly Poor Service – Completely Unacceptable for This Price
Review:
This was, without exaggeration, one of the most disappointing stays I have ever experienced. Before arrival, we received written confirmation that the sofa would be prepared as a fully equipped additional bed, completely made and ready for use. Not only was it not prepared — it wasn’t even usable as a proper bed. Despite contacting the front desk, emailing, and calling repeatedly for five days, absolutely nothing was done. We were forced to share the king-size bed for the entire stay, which is unacceptable given what we paid.
Basic necessities were handled in an equally absurd way. Even toilet paper had to be requested via email instead of being available at the front desk. Despite multiple requests, nothing was delivered. After days of asking for proper bedding, the only thing we received was a set of plain bed sheets hung on our door. No blanket, no pillows, nothing.
We stayed for 10 days, and until today we have not received a single apology, explanation, or any form of compensation. This complete lack of accountability is exactly why I am leaving this review.
For that huge amount per night,this level of service is outrageous. The management is unresponsive, unorganized, and clearly overwhelmed. Several other guests were also complaining during our stay, so the consistently high ratings are a mystery.
I strongly advise against booking this place.
