*Two extra folding beds and two sofa beds.



All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, towels are also included.



THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.



The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.

The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.

The house is located in a nice and very quiet residential neighborhood.



It's only minutes away from Aventura Mall, Sunny Isles Beach and many nice restaurants in the Aventura area.



There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:

- No parties.

- No gatherings.

- No loud noises or shouting.

- No loud music.

- No smoking indoors.

For only $150 USD a day, enjoy an amazing SUV Bronco. Don't worry, it will be delivered and picked up at the property.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
