The building features five-star, resort-style amenities, including a pool, gym, clubhouse, billiard room, business center, 24/7 concierge, valet parking, and direct beach access. A newly opened Enjoy Cafe offers convenient on-site dining and coffee for residents and guests. Paid washers and dryers are available on every floor.

There is no in-unit laundry. Paid washers and dryers are available on every floor. A reusable laundry card must be purchased on the first floor for $5.00 (Washer: $2.25; Dryer: $2.00)

This unit includes one free parking space located on the building’s lower level, but there is no assigned spot.
*Valet parking is available on-site for $20.00 per day and includes in/out privileges.

MANDATORY FEES (Paid at Front Desk upon Arrival):
-Registration Fee: A one-time, non-refundable $30 registration fee per reservation. This fee includes your primary key fob (electronic access to the building and amenities).
-Additional Key Fobs (Optional but Recommended): Additional fobs are $30 extra each. We recommend one fob per 2-3 adult guests for convenience. The building only counts guests as adults for key fob purposes.

As per the building management - when we talk about guests, they only refer to adult guests, not kids
Building fees, including the registration fee, must be paid via credit card, Apple Pay, or money order; CASH PAYMENT IS NOT ACCEPTED for these fees. Valet parking is $20 per day and can be paid with cash or credit card.

*Please be advised that the building is currently undergoing concrete restoration on its facade. This work involves construction noise that may be noticeable during daytime hours. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as the work is necessary to maintain the property.

*All building amenities, including the playroom, gym, pool, and direct beach access are fully operational and well-maintained. We’re committed to providing you with an excellent stay and appreciate your positive feedback!
