Little Havana meets modern Miami in this fully renovated cottage-style home. Just two blocks from historic Calle 8, this Spanish stucco gem offers easy access to top Miami destinations, including Downtown, Brickell, Wynwood, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and Miami Beach. Thoughtfully furnished with mid-century essentials, its clean and minimalist décor creates a relaxing and comfortable retreat for your stay in Miami.

The Space:
COVID19 - CLEANING PROCEDURES
1- Property is left vacant 2 days after guest check out.
2- Cleaning staff uses handheld spray sanitizer to disinfect home when entering property.
3- UV light disinfectant is used on any touch surfaces - remote, light switches, countertops etc.
4- Touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.
5- Deep clean is thoroughly done every cleaning.
6- Sheets are deep washed with bleach and detergent.

Location location location!!

The owners were so accomodating!So convenient, we felt safe, theres a wonderful cafe at the end of the street, great music, restaurants. I'm glad i had a little fan, our room was a little stuffy.

We had issues with another guest dog barking behind the dining room. And then being confronted by them when we reported them. Also, there was a family that was on the porch in front yard after we checked in for about three hours when we drove up there right on the porch so we weren’t even sure we had the right unit

Great house in a very old neighborhood

Great stay for a work trip

The house was as pictured and very clean. Walking distance to great restaurants in Little Havana. We only stayed two nights but it was great. The neighbors have a rooster that likes to crow early each morning.

Wonderful house in Little Havana

The house is clean and comfortable. It is quiet at night with some awareness that people are living in another house behind.The pictures are slightly inaccurate. The outside of the house needs an update and is not located on one of the more attractive blocks in the neighborhood. However, inside the house is very people-friendly. The living room and dining room are ample for being with friends and family. The shower is wonderful and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The dishwasher and washer/dryer are great. The house is a 5 minute walk from Calle Ocho with wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants. Communication with the owners was swift. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrific short trip to Little Havana

We spent a fun and mostly relaxing 48 hours. Traveled down from NE Florida on a Saturday morning, saw the Marlins baseball game, and spent Sunday enjoying the local restaurants in Little Havana. What a great experience! Hosts are so good at communicating and responded to every need we have very quickly.

Would stay here again

We would stay here again. Great location close to little Havana with shops and restaurants. House was clean and had everything we needed. We wished there had been more towels available, having a group of 5 people. Owner was very responsive and great communication. I’m sure more towels would’ve been made available if we had asked.

Nice and cozy

We are a group of 5 people to come down to Miami for a weekend stay from 3/1-3/3. So we need a 3 bedroom 2 bath setup. This house is perfect fit for us. My husband and I enjoyed meeting his friend. My and his 2 friends enjoyed watching a UM vs UF baseball game. We all enjoyed great Cuban food. It’s a very clean,cozy home and it’s at a very convenient location. The host is very friendly and responsive. Will recommend this house to anyone who want to experience true Cuban culture and history.

Great place to stay just a few blocks from main street of Little Havana. Great food and atmosphere. Property spacious and well maintained. Kitchen had all the basics. Only lacked a bit of outdoor relaxing space. Host Victor very responsive throughout whole time. Would recommend to anyone.

A week at Casa Havana in January 2024

This property is located a couple of blocks from Domino Park, Cuban Memorial Boulevard, and the famous Calle Ocho yet, it is perfect for a quiet night rest after a day of attractions. The ride to Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, or Key Biscayne takes just minutes by car. The house was nicely restored to the original Little Havana bungalow style. The property owners are clearly communicating all requirements and explaining ways to handle things around the property. They are always accessible but never overwhelming. We’ve stayed for a week, and we were very happy with the accommodation.

Clean but photos not accurate

Outside the property needed cleaning and painting. The front porch was dirty and the furniture was not the same as pictured in the listing. Same with the front yard and house itself. Kitchen window has either moss or algae growing on it. Inside was very clean and towels and bedding were good. The master toilet is not bolted down properly and rockers when sat upon. The dining room looked nothing like the listing it has a blocked off door in reality and the furniture in living room was different as well. Not as nice. Neighborhood had lots of trash and chain length fences in the front yards. Location was good and convenient to Little Havana and downtown. Neighborhood felt safe and I walked my dog daily. It was roomy and good for a family. If you want your dog to hang in the front yard that doesn't work because of other tenants in the back. I would not stay there again.

Super Clean

I was able to walk all around inside the house with my bare feet. That’s important to me. We kept our shoes off and there were no issues. Communication with the host was super fast. Great location. Easy parking.
