The unit over looks Miami World Center, which is the newest neighborhood in Miami located in the heart of downtown.

There are two bedrooms within the space and 3 beds in total, which includes; One king bed, one queen bed, and one Sofa pull out twin bed. In total the space sleeps 6.

There are two full bathrooms on site, one with a bathtub and the other with a stand up shower.

GUEST ACCESS
Guest will use the access card provided to them at the time of check-in to get into the unit and use the amenities on site (pool and fitness facilities included). See checkin details below.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

All guest are required to comply with the rules of the building all times.

CHECKIN GREETER: All checkins in the building require a personal greeter. Our personal greeter will meet you at the time of checkin to get you checked into the building, you will not be able to checking without the greeter. For this reason, checkins after 8pm will require the following additional:
- $25 8pm-10 pm
- $40 10pm-12am
- $50 after 12am

DESTINATION FEE: This unit requires a daily resort fee of $35.00 plus applicable taxes over and above charges seen at the time of booking. This fee will be paid directly to the hotel at the bottom of the building.

POOL HOURS: The pool is open from sunrise to sunset. There is no lifeguard on duty, and swimming is at the guest's own risk.

PARKING: There is Vallet parking available in the building (third party provider not included with the booking). In the event you are looking for something a little more cost effective, you may also utilize the Bevel Public parking lot located behind the building which has a rate of $35 per night (subject to change, this is as of 12/2025). There is also street parking available that is paid through apps such as PayByPhone and / or Park Mobile.

SMOKING POLICY: Smoking, including for medical purposes, is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor public areas, including meeting rooms, private offices, elevators, restrooms, and lobby spaces. A cleaning fee of $1000.00 will be charged if smoking is detected in a guest room or indoor public area.
