«Don’t pay a premium for this property. It is in line with a Courtyard. Ok but not premium.»

«Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms fully equipped. Very nice hotel staff and good location.»

«Breakfast is good. The furniture is good»

«Not the cleanest, there was food in the refrigerator, was worried they did not clean the room»

«We arrived late to town, went up to drop some things in the room and immediately went down to have my room changed. I saw pests upon entry. Was given another room and it was smaller than we paid for, so I went back to get the room size I reserved or a refund. Was finally given the appropriate room. Was told we would get ihg points for the inconvenience and that was never recieved. I then asked for late checkout and was told no since I didn't book direct.»

«My wife and I did not receive the room we paid for when we made our reservation. Upon arrival, we were not told that Expedia had overbooked the hotel, and as a result, we were given a room with two queen beds instead of the king bed room we had originally booked. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that another party staying at the same hotel, who made their reservation after my wife and I, received the king bed room that we had originally booked and paid for. «Is very convenient and clean and friendly staff»

«We stayed at this hotel for 1 week expecting amenities that cater to longer-term stays, such as a semi equipped kitchen ie, coffee pot. Not this location, we had 2 wash cloths, 2 bath towels, a bar of soap and 2 plastic glasses. In order to get additional towel service there is a charge. The room has an odor which was not pleasant. It was a bad choice for us and we will never stay here again.»

«Dirty room. Horrible lights in the room. Rude staff. Called for airport transfer, waited 25 minutes, and when it arrived they didn’t have room for us in the car. Told us to call again and wait 30 minutes and hope that it would be room for us the next time. We are travelling with a baby, so we couldn’t wait any longer and paid for a taxi instead. The authorisation on our card is still reserved even though we were told that it would be released the day after. »

«The key cards the attendant gave us didn’t work. Went back downstairs, she seemed annoyed & but gave us new ones. Still didn’t work so she came upstairs and used the master key to get in only to find out the room was occupied. She confronted the person in the room, then went downstairs to figure out what was going on. The guy came out while we were waiting & said some other guy came & tried to get in the room also. She came back up and put us in a different room.»

«Hotellet ligger i utkanten av Chicago, men selv uten bil var det uproblematisk å bo her og samtidig få med seg severdigheter i Chicago by. Rom og frokost var veldig bra. Dette hotellet kan anbefales!»

«No help at all»

«We stayed one night only to be able to connect our flight at O’Hare. The room was clean and quiet»
