The Issues:
Constant Noise: There was construction in the hallways every morning. Furthermore, other guests played loud music on personal speakers in the lobby as late as 3:00 AM without regard for others.
Safety & Environment: The facility constantly smelled of marijuana, with people smoking right outside the entrance. The situation escalated to the point where the police had to be called due to noise complaints.
Lack of Oversight: While the front desk staff was very nice and helpful, they seemed unable to regulate guest behavior or enforce basic house rules. The property needs better security or stricter policies regarding parties and noise.
The Silver Lining: The staff members themselves were professional and kind when I approached them for assistance, but they simply didn't have the support needed to maintain a quiet, professional environment.
Verdict: I will not be returning. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and security.
