«Be aware, this is not an ordinary hostel! I booked through hotels.com and expected everything to be as with a normal booking, I was not aware that this was very different. After booking I got and e-mail with a form I had to fill out for the booking to be confirmed, since I was already travelling I did not have access to a printer and scanner as I needed to fill it out.
