«The staff were great, especially the friendly man who maintains the great breakfast area. However, we did have some issues. Some outlets in the room didn’t work, the TV system was confusing to use, the hairdryer was melted, not enough towels, no shampoo. All in all, the stay had minor issues and the staff was welcoming and great.»

«Nice clean rooms. Staff was helpful but the front desk seemed busy and had to wait. Nice pool and gazebo with gardenias in the back as well as a wooded walking path behind the property. The path had a pond with geese and herons.»

«The property is very new. The area around it near the Henrico convention center is very new and construction is ongoing. Thus, the parking area is confusing. I am sure it will quickly improve as the improvements are completed. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage/bacon included. I would return.»
