«There were repairs made to the wall inside the room. Plaster was all over the wall and carpet. The bathroom had clean towels, but the tub was not clean. Used soap and hair still in the tub, on the shower wall and floor beside the toilet. Even saw a large bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed.»

«Had a great time with the pinball machines and game systems! Kids loved them too! And it was a great location right by the highway, but in a quiet neighborhood.»

«My recent stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Virginia was okay, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected. Nothing was terrible, but the experience didn’t quite match the standard I’m used to from this brand. With a bit more focus on cleanliness of the room, communication and guest support, this location could really shine.»

«This is honestly one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in and i have stayed in some CHEAPPPP hotels. My first room had no ac, and black mold all over the bathroom. Then I got moved and the next room the toilet didn’t even work. The carpets in the hallway are disgusting and the laminate flooring in the rooms is peeling. I never usually complain but I was here for my best friends funeral and it was already a trying time just to be left in the nastiest hotel in Virginia.»

«Everything was fine, The tubs were weird not good for people with balance issues. Charging for complimentary breakfast wasn’t the best either. A little older but all in all it was fine and everything you would need . The tv’s were big and awesome tho. Beds firm but alright . Not to shabby. The concessions were way too over priced . 5 bucks for gummies ., camm on..»

«During my one-week stay I had several problems with my key access to my room. I paid ahead of time for the full week my room access card would not work on at least 5 occasions. Each time I had to go to the office to have my keycard "fixed", and had to wait in line behind other guests who were signing in to even talk to the counter person. The Motel seems to be understaffed. Having said that, the room was clean,; and otherwise adequate for my needs. My phone didn't work for my entire stay, I was ...

We had made a reservation for a room with two beds, it it was late when we arrived and they put us up in two single rooms w/o giving us a hard time or charging us anymmore money. This is a great location convinieny to Dominion CC and next to the shopping area.»
