«The room wasn’t cleaned at all the whole time we were there we were rationed towels only given 2 even though I booked a room for 3 people not once did they ever come in and atleast empty trash and refill toilet paper never have I stayed at a hotel where you had to go down and ask for clean towels and empty your own waste baskets»

«The property and room was wonderful. The staffing in the morning was a little unfriendly but the afternnon/evening person was delightful, We loved having all of the ammenities of the room. We would have loved it even more if they had a hot tub. Very clean and comfortable Beds »

«The hotel and staff were great! Particularly liked Landi and Molly. The mini fridge in the room wasn't plugged in when we got there, but that is seriously the only thing that was slightly off. Great stay.»

«It was a really nice place if you were looking for a place that has a refrigerator stove and a microwave and it was only 10 minutes away from the venue that I needed it to be at which was a great convenience for me and it was only 10 minutes away from any mall of food place that I needed it to be. I would choose it anytime I was gonna stay in Richmond, Virginia.»

«Staff was great. Access to hotel a bit confusing, through a Sheetz parking lot. Drain in bathroom sink was slow. Elevator broke, but was quickly repaired. Not a bad hotel, but a bit too expensive for the quality, in my opinion.»

«While the front desk was understanding and did the best they could for the situation. The hotel was sold with groups of preteen and teen girls who were uncontrollably running on all floors of the building and threw all of the staircases. Our 10 year old had a state competition that she needed to wake up for at 5 AM. Both nights we stayed at the hotel the hotel was unable to manage the kids running wild through the hotel into the night. My husband and I had to visit rooms and parents who were ...
