Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Welcome to Sauco, a stylish 65-square-meter haven situated in the heart of Centro, surrounded by scenic architecture and museums, offering you a delightful fusion of culture and comfort. After a day of taking in the sites of Madrid, come home to Sauco for absolute indulgence.

This thoughtfully designed residence features two bedrooms, each graced with queen-size beds, ensuring a peaceful and rejuvenating night's sleep. The single bathroom, with its contemporary design, complements the overall aesthetic of the apartment.

Sauco boasts an open-plan living room and kitchen, creating a seamless flow between spaces. The chic design of the apartment is characterized by a neutral color palette, while pops of green from strategically placed plants add a touch of freshness and vibrancy. The living room is a versatile area, featuring an entertainment system for relaxation, a dedicated workstation for productivity, and a dining table for shared meals. The fully furnished kitchen, complete with countertop seating, is a culinary haven where you can create delightful dishes or enjoy a quick bite.

Ducted air conditioning in all rooms and individual floor heating ensure that the climate is always just right, adding an extra layer of comfort to your living experience. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
