The bedroom offers a homely double bed and a wardrobe, with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure comfort.

The bathroom is well-appointed, with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This address offers easy access to the city's top attractions, including Plaza del Sol and Plaza de España. Additionally, several popular restaurants and bars are in the area, such as Mercado de la Reina 12 and Lamucca de Prado. With its central location, this address is a great starting point for exploring all Madrid has to offer.

This property is conveniently situated within walking distance of two major metro stations. Sevilla station is just a 2-minute walk away, while Sol station is 4-minute walk. This prime location offers easy access to public transportation, making it a convenient choice for exploring the vibrant city of Madrid.

Please consider there could be a constructon nearby and it could be a bit noisy during days of the week.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
