The apartment is located in the center of Madrid. This fantastic newly renovated apartment will be your new home for a comfortable and pleasant stay in the city.

With capacity for up to 6 people, it features two rooms; one is a dressing room, and the other has a fully equipped private bathroom. The living room, a warm and cozy space, is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favorite series or movies after a day of work or study in the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all the necessary utensils so you can prepare your favorite meals during your stay. Additionally, there is a washing machine for your convenience.

We provide bedding, towels, shower gel, and shampoo, so you can travel light and feel at home from the very first moment.

The apartment has heating and air conditioning, ensuring your comfort in any season. Also, high-speed Wi-Fi connection will allow you to stay connected, whether for remote work or simply to enjoy your free time.

HOW TO GET AROUND
You can walk to all the places of interest, but you also have several nearby metro stations and buses.

Metro Gran Vía:Lines 1 and 5. You can reach La Latina in 2 stops on line 5.
Metro Sol:Lines 1, 2, and 3. From here, you can easily reach any point in the city.
To reach the apartment:

From the Airport:You can take a taxi with a fixed fare of €33 or come by metro: Take line 8 from the airport, transfer at Nuevos Ministerios to line 10 to Tribunal station, then switch to line 1 to Gran Vía station, and walk 2 minutes to the apartment.
From Atocha Station:Take metro line 1 directly to Sol station, then walk a few minutes to the apartment.
From Chamartín Station:Take line 10 to Tribunal station, then switch to line 1 to Gran Vía station, and walk a few minutes to the apartment.
You can also arrive by car and park in one of the nearby parking lots. Please consult the Madrid City Council website for information on possible environmental restrictions and permitted parking.

Excelente estadía! Excelente servicio al cliente, respondieron con prontitud a nuestras peticiones en la llegada. La cocina es excelente y tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía incluso más larga. El apartamento está ubicado en una zona súper concurrida y hay de todo a pasos. Sin embargo, es súper tranquilo el edificio, una vez llegas arriba, no hay ruido alguno de la calle, completamente silencioso.

Well located on a very active street with lots of shops and restaurants. Short walk to large square and metro. Prada and other museums a walkable distance.Apartment amenities were good but figuring out coffee pods was a challenge… :-)Washing machine is a nice plus.

Great central location, literally steps from the Puerta del Sol plaza and SolMetro stop. Good communication and check-in directions. Host was quickly responsive to a couple WhatsApp texts. Place is a little dark without bedroom windows. Bedrooms are small. 1 of 2 bathrooms is very small, the door doesn’t open all the way and shower is only half enclosed so water goes all over the floor no matter how much you try. Kitchen was decently stocked and washer was appreciated. Floors needed better mop job but otherwise it seemed pretty clean and everything worked.

The location is ideal as it is steps away from Puerta del Sol and within walking distance to all major attractions.The whole check-in process is handled remotely very efficiently. Great value for the money with recently renovated apartment. Starbucks is right in front, plenty of good restaurants around, and grocery store next door.Only negative is that the apartment is very dark, few to no windows.

Great location!

Well situated apartment a few feet away of “Puerta del Sol”. Apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable with an elevator. Even though it is in the touristy area, the apartment was quite. The grocery store “Carrefour” is situated right beside the apartment – convenient! Great restaurants, shopping areas, El Corte Inglès, coffee ice cream shops. Certainly would rent this place again, no hesitation.

Nice apartment in EXCELLENT location

Its a nice family apartment right in the middle of the central district and transport area of madrid. We didnt even use the metro a lot of the time because all of the spots were a 15 minute walk or less. There are some great cafes rught under the apartment for breakfast or dinner.
