"Sentralt og fint hotell "

"Ocean room was perfect, staff was nice, facilities were perfect, had a great time! The only things I have to comment is that they managed to give my outside table to other residents when I went to get a new plate of food, happened twice…But, I won’t use it against them, maybe the minus of being only one person for dinner/breakfast. They also mixed up my orders, ordered red wine, got white. Few options of meat for dinner aswell. For the price they charge for the buffet they should have more meat options. Regardless, I would give this hotel 10/10!"

"Flott opphold på rent og pent hotell med fantastisk utsikt og flotte fellesområder. Utsikt både fra frokostsal, bar og bassengområde, som for øvrig var veldrevet med fine solsenger og svært godt renhold. Vi hadde bestilt rom med sjøutsikt og balkong. Balkongen var veldig liten, men de fine fellesområdene veide opp for det. Fint opplegg med 3 euro pr dag man ikke ba om renhold"

"Perfect location, perfect hotel"

"Service in the reception leaves a lot to be desired. When greeting the receptionist upon arrival, we were basically met with a cold shoulder. No "welcome to the Pestana" or anything like that, just a blank stare. Checkin was fairly smooth apart from that. Again, at the end of the stay, they gave us the bill and that was it. No "did you have a nice stay?" or "have a safe journey, hope to see you again" - just pay and farewell. The "happy hour" bar was a similar experience, the senior staff was almost hostile, the junior much more accomodating and friendly. The staff in the restaurant on the other hand, were exceptionally friendly and hardworking. Same goes for the doormen and the cleaning staff - always greeting you with a friendly smile. "
