«We stayed here for the World Cup and had a great experience. Clean, spacious property very conveniently located for activities in downtown Cleveland, and along the streetcar line. It’s connected to a shopping mall and food court with a nice pool and plenty of onsite dining. Very helpful staff, especially Abby at the front desk who helped us deal with a minor issue with our room quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.»

«The hotel has a good location, being close to the city center made a lot within walking distance in an otherways not so walkable city. The gym was small, but had the necessary equipment for a good workout; treadmills, mats, bench, bands and manuals(weights). The breakfast was good and varied from day to day. I would definitely stay here again!»

Bassenget var litt stusselig, men frokost i øverste etasje med buet fasade og panorama utsikt var helt strålende. Å sitte med en utsøkt frokost og få soloppgangen over byen fra vindu som går fra gulv til tak var magisk. Rene store rom og imøtekommende betjening. »

«Great hotel. Fantastic location. Power and Light and downtown only a few minutes walk. Streetcar stop also only a few minutes walk. Breakfast was nice. Lobby bar was lively and had a nice atmosphere due to being the world cup. As did the rooftop bar which was a nice way to end the evenings. Overall an exceptional stay.»

«The hosts were great. We arrived in the city early and they allowed us to keep our luggage there during the day until check-in. The host had brought our bags up to the room. When we checked in, we were given a very welcoming tour of the house and orientation. The house is very centrally located close to shopping, Union Station, restaurants, and the streetcar. «Excellent place to stay. Right in the heart of the Country Club area of KC. We walked to the shops and restaurants. Love that they had coffee & tea any time and some decent breakfast treats that I wasn't expecting e.g. yogurt, muffins, etc. The grounds were amazing and the room (we had a balcony) was fantastic. Super easy email check-in. Definitely recommend staying here if you need a place close to the plaza & museums. Can't wait to come back on our next road trip.»
