So much more noticeably loud than comparable buildings. I’m not sure if this is acoustics or lack of insulation. Regardless, it didn’t ruin our stay just something to improve upon for quality guest experience.»

«The staff were kind, despite issues at check-in due to them being ill informed. The rooms are overpriced for what you actually get. I got a corner room and there wasn't much more but empty space. The shower had no body wash, and there's no way to use it without making a mess on the floor. the front desk did not answer the phone, the room was not turned down after I was assured it would be and there's no microwave in the room. «Booked room through Expedia online received confirmation room was available and got confirmation # Arrived only to find out that my room I booked was not available staff tells me happens all the time when booking through a 3rd party like it was no big deal .Put me in another cheaper room with 2 queens no balcony or view and tv didn’t work which they knew after I confronted the staff about it. No compensation on my room was offered!! Was not a good experience!!!»

«The hotel was nice. The checkin staff didn’t tell us what was available, like pool or gym. They kind of helped with downtown things but not much. We had no housekeeping at all in the 3 days we were there. They were supposed to come on day two but we were skipped. Also, it would be nice to have more soap and personal care items in the room. Breakfast was good except the coffee. The only choice was bold coffee. A medium or breakfast blend would’ve been a nice option. I had to buy a five dollar ...

«Kansas city var nå på senhøsten en litt rolig og stille by. Hotelloppholdet på Sheraton var ganske bra. Bassenget var litt stusselig, men frokost i øverste etasje med buet fasade og panorama utsikt var helt strålende. «My room 110 was in front of the gym and it was noisy. It was noise coming from the outside of the window too. Also, the air conditioner was extremely loud and disrupted my sleep when it came on. Lastly, I asked for a cup of coffee at 9:02 a.m., and was told by a staff member that she couldn’t brew anymore coffee. Coffee is typically standard in the morning at a hotel.»

«First off. I never take the time for reviews. But for my fellow travelers, this time, I will make an exception. Front desk staff extremely rude. Rooms dirty dust everywhere and you can tell that the place is not well kept. No basics like refrigerator or microwave. Had to request a microwave be sent to my room again. Staff very annoyed. «The hotel has a good location, being close to the city center made a lot within walking distance in an otherways not so walkable city. The gym was small, but had the necessary equipment for a good workout; treadmills, mats, bench, bands and manuals(weights). The breakfast was good and varied from day to day. I would definitely stay here again!»

«Staff was extremely helpful and accommodated us while their conference room was being reconstructed. We needed it for an interview and they alloted us a space. Great staff and great location.»
