Where to begin. First, if you’re considering this hotel, I would call in advance to make sure that there are no teams that are going to be staying there. That will drastically affect parking, access (and LONG lines) to elevators and other facilities that are usually a benefit. If you’re going to have parking, you need to make sure that you notify people that there is limited spots so you are not guaranteed parking even if you have a hotel room. Another issue is that the lack of cleaning to the rooms. While I understand that that’s probably not common place when you have a significant amount of teams staying in the hotel, it’s absolutely unacceptable for regular visitors. I was there on business and the Internet was absolutely horrible. I had food that never was taken out of my room over my four day stay. I had to ask for towels from someone in the hallway because my room was never cleaned. The food in the restaurant is decent. I did order room service and was restricted despite ordering a half an hour before it was supposed to end so I was only able to get a snack. The cheese quesadilla I got look like it was something you’d get from a fast food restaurant and for $15 that’s absolutely ridiculous. The check-in was great, but the other two situations I had at the counter were less than wonderful. I get that it’s busy but you also need to remind that there will be regular clients as well.
