«This was our first stay at this facility. It was a great quiet neighborhood gem. It was perfect for our needs this trip. Parking was a challenge at times. We really enjoyed the stay and will return in the future.»

When we checked in, we were given a very welcoming tour of the house and orientation. The house is very centrally located close to shopping, Union Station, restaurants, and the streetcar. «Our room was really nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the location was excellent. Our room was on the second floor but was pretty noisy at night for a while. The walls were a little thin as I was awoken by the sounds of the couple next door engaging in relations. There must have been some kind of utility room below our room as we were woken up with the sounds of banging and doors shutting. These were minor complaints, and we would definitely stay there again.»

«Really enjoyed this stay. The staff were very nice considering a mixup with overbooking, but thankfully I was able to keep my reservation without any added stress. We came from about 8 hours away and were treated super nicely. Room and lobby were spotless, and also made it even nicer than we were only 5 minutes away from our venue! Also, Starbucks being in the building - HUGE PLUS. »

«We’ve stayed here a couple times for an event at the KC Convention Center, and are never disappointed. Staff is very accommodating, always present, super friendly, and seem to enjoy working there. Breakfast is good, it’s nothing to write home about, but it’s hot and has some flavor. The street car is a block and a half away, and there is a Dollar General a block away which carries a little bit of just about everything you need.»

«This was our first experience at a Westin resort. The hotel itself was great. Lots of stuff on-site. The hotel was pretty clean. The restraunts and stores are not open at the the time they said they were open. The pool area needs some remodeling. There is no place to lay out near the shallow end where my kids were. Too old to hold in the pool but they are not the best swimmers. Didn't feel comfortable foer how far I was from them. There were no cushions on any chairs or bennches until the last ...

«The hotel is conveniently located and has a more unique theme (art deco-esque). The room itself was fairly standard - quiet but kind of sloppy (paint job was meh but that didn’t impact our overall stay). The biggest thing that stood out was that there was a very dirty spot on the bathroom wall.»
