ABOUT THE CASA:
CASA PALMA is modern, elegant, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four guests. It is attractively furnished, featuring custom handmade furniture by Mexican artisans, and all the amenities you will ever need!
The main living area and both bedrooms, open onto a spacious covered patio, with each room having their own sliding doors. Both the master and guest bedroom suites feature stunning hand-crafted Parota furniture, inlaid with carved leather and metal work accents. In each bedroom, you will enjoy luxury linens, down filled hypoallergenic comforter and pillows, pillow top mattresses, air conditioning and cooling ceiling fans! Custom built in Parota wood closets, provide ample storage for your clothing, personal attire and gear.
Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, with luxurious travertine walk in showers, granite counters and bright sunny skylights. The guest bedroom is almost identical to the master, with the bathroom conveniently located directly across the hall. Shower toiletries are provided for your convenience.
You will enjoy being comfortable during Mexico’s hotter weather, with air conditioning and cooling ceiling fans located throughout the casa and outdoor patio. There is a stackable washer and dryer, detergent, and other laundry supplies, located within the home for your convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your dining, culinary and entertaining needs! It has brand-new, stainless-steel appliances, gorgeous Parota wood cabinetry, all the customary small appliances and is fully equipped with everything else you will need to prepare a delicious meal! Start your morning brew at our beautifully handcrafted coffee bar, offering both espresso and drip coffee machine. A light supply of coffee & tea is provided upon your arrival. There is a barbeque area just steps away for your all your grilling needs. Enjoy dining outdoors on the spacious covered patio overlooking the lush tropical gardens!

This charming property is a botanical jewel! Mature palm and mango trees offer plenty of shade for you to relax and enjoy an afternoon siesta. Cactus, bougainvillea, and hibiscus encompass the original gardens along with all the newly landscaped areas, giving CASA VIEJA VILLA it’s lush tropical feel. Colorful flowers are always blooming and can be found throughout this garden paradise!
o THE POOL: Cool off in the spacious swimming pool and soak away your worries in the large hot tub! The hot tub will be heated between the hours of 7:00 am – 9:00 am and 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Other times can be arranged to suit your needs. A closer look at the pool and you will find delightful mosaic turtles inlaid at the bottom. The patios surrounding the pool have multiple loungers. Rest and enjoy the warm Mexican sunshine! Showers and restrooms are conveniently located next to the pool. There are also multiple other seating areas and tables located throughout CASA VIEJA VILLA for your use and enjoyment.
o BARBEQUE: A barbeque area is available for your use. Grill your latest catch or find from the local market. Or just hang out there enjoying your favorite beverage!
o THE PALAPA PAVILION: Relax and enjoy our brand new palapa style pavilion! Cool off in the shade, gather with friends or family and just hang out Mexican style!
