I stayed here in March 2026 and unfortunately woke up at around 2:30am with bed bugs in my room. I found bugs on the bed and on my skin and took photos. I checked out immediately, and the night staff were courteous when I left at around 3am.
I contacted the hotel directly about the incident but did not receive a reply. I reported it to an Expedia agent, who refunded my stay. I had also requested a refund for the parking fee I paid to the hotel directly, but I have not had any response from the hotel regarding that.
As a woman travelling alone, having to leave the hotel at 3am was unsettling. I happened to be headed to the airport anyway, but if I hadn’t been, I’m not sure where I would have gone at that hour.
I have counted more than 60 bites across my back, arms, and face. I’ve needed to buy creams and antihistamines to manage the discomfort. This experience has unfortunately left a lasting memory of my trip - not the kind I would ever want or wish upon fellow travellers!
I hope the hotel addresses this promptly so others don’t have a similar experience.
