    This two-story coastal home in Manhattan Beach sits just above the shoreline on Crest Drive, offering privacy, natural light, and close proximity to the beach, The Strand, and downtown. Entry begins at street level, with stairs leading to the main living spaces and outdoor patio—creating a natural transition into a slower, more relaxed coastal rhythm.



    Inside, sunlight fills the living and dining areas, highlighting warm wood flooring, exposed beam ceilings, and a soft palette of layered coastal neutrals. The design evokes an atmosphere where organic textures, layered neutrals, and preserved original character come together. The living room invites you to unwind after a day outside, while the kitchen and dining space support slow mornings, shared meals, and easy evenings at home.

    All three bedrooms continue the serene tone, offering restful, hotel-quality comfort suited for both short getaways and extended stays. Two full bathrooms are positioned for convenience and flow, supporting a smooth and comfortable experience throughout the home.

    ● Primary King Bedroom – A calm and private retreat featuring a plush king bed, layered linens, and soft neutral tones designed for deep rest and easy mornings.

    ● Queen Bedroom 2 – Bright and welcoming with a sleep number queen bed, natural light, and comfortable finishes ideal for guests or family.

    ● Queen Bedroom 3/ Office – A flexible space with a foldout Queen Sofa bed that transitions easily between workspace and sleeping area—well suited for remote work or additional guests.

    ● Bathrooms – Two full bathrooms. One features a tub and shower combination, while the other offers a standing walk-in shower, both with clean finishes and everyday essentials for a comfortable stay.



    Outdoor Living

    Step outside to a private patio designed for easy, everyday enjoyment. The space features comfortable seating, and a BBQ grill for casual outdoor meals, with views of the ocean and sunset adding a relaxed end to the day. Its elevated setting offers a sense of privacy while still keeping the coastal air and neighborhood close.

    Crest Drive is a peaceful North Manhattan Beach hillside location just above The Strand. The surrounding area is highly walkable, with the beach only eight homes away and neighborhood cafés, shops, Sand Dune Park, and coastal paths all within a short stroll.

    Getting Around:

    Manhattan Beach is naturally walkable, and many guests enjoy exploring the area on foot or by bike. The beach, local cafés, and nearby restaurants are all within easy reach, making it simple to settle into the neighborhood.

    For exploring beyond the immediate area, rideshare services are readily available and provide convenient access throughout the South Bay and greater Los Angeles.

    During the FIFA World Cup 2026, rideshare is often the most seamless way to travel to and from SoFi Stadium, allowing you to enjoy match days without the added stress of parking.



    Game Day Tip:

    We recommend scheduling your rideshare in advance and allowing extra time before kickoff, as traffic and demand can increase around stadium events. Returning to Manhattan Beach after the match offers a more relaxed and private setting compared to staying near the stadium.

    All guests are required to complete our secure check-in forms prior to arrival. We partner with a trusted third-party provider for optional damage protection and background screening, with full respect for your privacy.

    To protect both guests and homeowners, we complete a quick verification before sending check-in details.



    For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.



    Safety First

    The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for your protection. These devices may not be removed, covered, or tampered with. Interference with life-safety equipment may result in fines, immediate reservation cancellation without refund, and applicable repair costs.



    Smoke-Free Home

    Smoking, vaping, incense, and candles are not permitted indoors. Evidence of smoking will result in a remediation fee in addition to cleaning and damage charges.



    Care of the Home

    If the home requires excessive cleaning beyond our standard service, an additional fee may apply. This can include heavy staining, spills on furnishings, unattended trash or food, glitter or confetti, or excessive sand.



    The outdoor jacuzzi is presently unavailable, though the patio remains a beautiful space to relax and enjoy the coastal setting.



    Climate & Comfort

    The top floor living area includes a discreet in-unit air conditioner in the living room, along with ceiling fans throughout the upper level for added airflow. Opening the windows on the top floor also brings in cool coastal air, supporting a naturally comfortable environment. The lower floor does not have central AC, but portable fans are provided in the bedrooms for comfort during warmer days.



    Booking Guidelines



    Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 30+ unless approved in advance.

    Guest History: Reservations with limited or low reviews may require additional vetting.

    Longer Stays: For stays of 30 nights or more, a deep cleaning is required. The cleaning fee will be adjusted after booking, and a mid-stay or end-of-stay service will be scheduled to maintain the home’s comfort and quality.



    Pet Policy

    Pets are welcome with prior approval only.

    Pre-Screening Required: Guests must provide pet breed, weight, and behavior details.

    Allowed: 2 Pets max: Must be pre-approved, under 25 lbs, and off furniture.

    Not Allowed: Cats or other pets

    Pet Fee: $250 per pet non-refundable (invoiced separately on Airbnb if applicable)

    Unauthorized pets will result in:

     • A minimum $500 pet violation fee

     • Plus any additional deep cleaning, damage, or remediation costs required



    General Terms

    By booking, you agree to follow the house rules, assume responsibility for personal safety, and understand the host is not liable for items left behind. Our team may access the home with 12 hours’ notice if maintenance is required.



    Reservations must be made in good faith. Misuse of the property or actions intended to harm the home or hosting experience will not be tolerated.
