I emailed AND called in advance about needing a handicap accessible room for my 93 yr old mother. When we arrived, it was NOT a handicap accessible room. In fact the room was not even close to the handicap parking, so I had to park closest to the room so she would not have to use her walker far. It was a step over bathtub. I stayed with my sister and mother. They advertise free parking but then because we had to come in separate cars, they then charged me another $20 for an additional car. The next day I made a separate reservation for just myself in a king size bed, but when you see the confirmed reservation under Expedia, it just says “standard” room. The manager even confirmed with me that the following day would be a King bed. When I checked in at 3, they gave me my key and when I looked at the room, it was NOT a King but a double or Queen bed. I called the front desk and he tried to tell me they didn’t have a king bed available and I said, that is not what the manager said yesterday. I stood my ground and all of a sudden, they had an available King bed room! This place definitely bait and switches!! Do not stay here, they are not honest!
