«Amazing hotel, kids friendly, clean, staff was amazing and especially Doudeline, she served us at Almond Tree restaurant and by the pool a few days, went up and beyond anything expected, incredible customer service, amazing with our kid, just her alone make us want to come back to this resort. Cannot say enough of her excellent and amazong service, top notch, 12 out of 10 stars because of her! »

«Not special. Front Staff not very friendly or helpful, the ladies. The older man at the bar not friendly or welcoming. Everyone should be saying hi every time you pass by them. The cleaners were really nice. The lady in the kitchen very nice. The young man at the front desk very nice. Big improvements needed by ladies front staff and bar server. «Everything about Ellipse was amazing! I wish I had more time! The property and room was absolutely pristine!!! Cleanest room I have ever had. And the decor was everything. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12. Cutest market and shop Caribbean outpost there on the property. Can’t wait to return!»

«Beautiful property & location, but disappointing due to construction next door and how the situation was handled. Le Vele has an excellent location and our oceanfront unit was spacious with amazing views. Unfortunately, there’s major active construction right next door. We stayed in Unit W403. Be sure to ask about the current construction status before booking. Sam may tell you it’s no problem. We also struggled with sleep because there are only sheer curtains. «Place is walking distance to the beach. However hotel pool is not a swim up bar it a circle kiddy pool next to the bar. Staff are very nice at the bar. Hotel is 2 floors no elevators for accessibility. No vending machines. Ice machine next to checkin and not available after 10pm. Food for hotel restaurant dining closes at 9pm.»
