Fin beliggenhet, men...
Hotellet ligger fint til i forhold til undergrunn. Det er lite støy selv om det var mye trafikk utenfor. Sengene var harde, så ikke den beste søvnen. Spurte etter ekstra dyne, men den kom aldri. Rommene var store til Londonstandar.

Greie rom som ikke er helt topp vedlikeholdt. Frokost var flere hakk under det jeg er vant med fra andre Novotel med ‘juice’ som smakte som billig saft og dårlig utvalg. Vi bestilte roomservice to ganger. Den første gangen var maten delvis uspiselig, den andre gangen kom den ikke.

Relativt eldre hotell. Fin resepsjon, frokostsal og treningsrom (dårlig utstyrt). Rommet og badet var slitt og bar preg av manglende vedlikehold. Gav ikke noe godt inntrykk. Biller i vinduet. Vask på bad var tett ved ankomst. Usikkert om denne ble fikset.

Et opphold under forventningene.
Hotellet hadde fått bra kritikk på hotels.com. Desverre så var jeg veldig misfornøyd med mitt opphold… dårlig service, veldig høylytt rom hvor man hører hver eneste gang noen åpner døren i nabo rom. Selvom hotellet er stort så virket det som de hadde alle gjestene i samme del av hotellet. Noe som gjorde det veldig bråkete gjennom natten. Resturanten i hotellet var greit priset, men maten var langt ifra samme standard som innredning. Veldig skuffende.

Spacious and clean room. Very comfortable and with all you need for your stay. Very nice touch the Rituals products in the bathroom. Walking distance from Hammersmith tube station. The main negative during this last stay has been the price: 470gpb for a night is definitely a too high price especially when same room was booked for 165gbp for the third night. And I was anyhow accommodated in a different type of room than the one booked.

My stay at the Novotel was very nice . The room was a little cold but after a while it warmed up slightly. The staff were approachable and informative. I had a drink in the bar . The house red wine was not good at all . Frederica kindly changed the wine. And opened a fresh bottle . The breakfast was of good quality with a large variety and choice . I worked in a five star hotel for 25 years . And I would rate and give your staff 5 starts . Thank you . Yolande McCourt
