"I have not had the chance to explore the area around the airport or compare it with other nearby hotels. This is a decent hotel for a one-night stay before a flight, but I would not choose it for a vacation. The price was low, so I felt I got good value for the money. One major advantage was the complimentary airport transfer, which was very convenient. The rooms are adequate, but I had an issue with the air conditioning in my first room. A maintenance technician came to inspect it, but they were unable to fix the problem. Situations like this take time and inevitably affect the overall guest experience. In my opinion, the hotel should have better control over such issues and provide guests with a new room much more quickly when problems like this occur."

"Such an excellent resort. Lovely rooms, pool areas and staff. The three restaurants at the premises were also good. No problem with accomodating for a gluten free diet for any meal. "

"I booked this hotel to have some days to just relax and do almost nothing, and this was really the perfect place for that. The service of all the staff were amazing. The room were very comfortable and fresh. The gym was great and the facilities by the pool and beach are really nice. The spa was calm and relaxing, just as it should be. The food was amazing. Every meal looked like a piece of art and was so fresh. I can highly recommend this place to anyone that want some days to relax!"

"Hadde et fantastisk opphold på hotellet på vår bryllupsreise. For det første var hotellet i svært god stand. Det var alltid rent, sengen og maten var veldig god, og det føltes generelt luksuriøst. Servicen på hotellet var helt særegen. De ansatte gjorde mye ekstra og var utrolig imøtekommende. En hyllest til ansatte i restauranten som tok godt vare på mannen min da han ble syk, og hadde samtaler med meg da jeg satt i restauranten alene. Og til Wulana for å stille opp uansett hva jeg trengte. Vi håper på å komme tilbake!"
