The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals, a dining table, sofa, and a smart TV. Large windows fill the space with natural light, while French doors lead to a private balcony. High-speed broadband is available throughout the apartment. The bedroom features a plush double bed dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen and ample storage for your belongings. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub, a toilet, and a sink, along with complimentary toiletries and soft, fluffy towels.
Paid laundry facilities are available in the communal area. Please note, the property is situated in central Liverpool, so occasional background noise may be heard in the evenings.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the City Centre, you are within walking distance of most major attractions and landmarks, as well as a huge array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are a number of small supermarkets just around the corner from the building. Points of interest within walking distance include; Matthew Street - home to the City’s famous music venue the Cavern Club and a host of other bars and clubs, Liverpool One Shopping centre, the Liver Building, the Beatles Statue and the Royal Albert Dock - Home to a host of Galleries and Museums, including the Beatles Museum, as well as cafes, bars and restaurants overlooking the docks.

Getting Around:
As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes servicing the road around the corner from the building. Liverpool Central Train Station is just 10 minutes walk away.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
