Our apartment is located on the third floor, which can be reached by typical Lisbon (steep) stairs. It is important to note this, so you are aware when booking this place that you will have to walk up the stairs to get to your apartment.
The apartment has a living room with a Tv, and a dining table and you can even see the river from there. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, two pits for cooking, and all utensils for you to prepare your meals.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160*200 cm) and one with two single beds (90*200 cm). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a washing machine available for you to use.
The apartment has air conditioning and an alarm system installed.

Your apartment is located at Santa Apolónia, just in between the popular areas of Alfama and Graça. You will be staying at a very central location, with easy access to the metro, buses, trains, and more.
In the area, you will find a lot of shops, typical Portuguese restaurants, cute bars, and much more. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, there is the popular flea market, Feira da Ladra, that you should definitely not miss while staying here. There are many historical sights around the property, and you will also be walking into the cute cobblestone streets of historical Alfama within a few minutes.
There is a supermarket nearby (Pingo Doce at the train station of Santa Apolónia) and there are smaller convenience stores all around as well.
There are several parking areas around the property, but it is good to note that you cannot access the street of this apartment by car. Only police and emergency vehicles are allowed to enter this street.
The train & metro station of Santa Apolónia are just a few minutes walking from the apartment. Here you can take the blue line of the metro, and trains to many locations in Portugal. Also, many buses depart from this station, to bring you to various areas of the city.
Please note that a €150 security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, within 7 days of check-out.

» Late Night Check-In: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 Pm) and 9:00 (9 Am) a late check-in fee of 25 euros shall be applied. This amount should be paid in cash upon check-in.
» If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not return the keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply. In case our team is unable to unlock the door and there is the need for specialized assistance, additional fees will apply.
» Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and it requires climbing steep and narrow stairs, as there is no elevator available.
» Please note Rua dos Remédios, where this apartment is located, is closed to vehicles with the exception of emergency and very few authorized transportation vehicles.
