«It was a nice home on Pendant Court in Kissimmee however the washer and dryer which i consider major amenities were both broken for the entire 5 night stay. Ran out of towels by night 3. Notified Swanky Vacay on the first day that the laundry drain was clogged the valves for the hot and cold water were both turned off when we arrived and both appliances were unplugged so obviously it was a known issue. 25 text messages and 5 phone calls later it was never resolved. I was told it was fixed ...

«This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. The master bedroom, with it's own hallway and bathroom, has a lounge style sitting room attached. The patio is larger than it appears in the photos. The lake out back is so peaceful.
