the lobby had a huge leak and there were giant buckets catching the water which was splashing on the floor causing a slipping hazard. The pillows were extremely hard and caused my neck to hurt. beds were uncomfortable as well. did not sleep well both nights.

Hilton Long Island/Huntington
room was dirty. gum wrappers on floor and under sofa. walls are so thin you can hear the next rooms. Toilet had a leak. conversations easily. called front desk about it and was told manager was not in and they would call me. Never received a call.
