Vår luksuriøse villa i første etasje ligger i Kastel Gomilica. Rolig og fredelig, men bare 10 minutters kjøretur fra byen Split og 15 minutters kjøretur fra Trogir. Villa Sunny Garden har lett tilgang til alle fasiliteter, inkludert det lokale markedet, marinaen og mange gode restauranter for å spise ute. Strender med mange underholdningsfasiliteter ligger bare 600 meter fra Villa Sunny Garden. Den består av 2 soverom med dobbeltsenger og 1 soverom med 2 enkeltsenger og mulighet for ytterligere 2 senger, 1 bad og 1 toalett, kjøkken med spisestue, stue, romslige terrasser med bord og stoler og stor privat hage med oppvarmet svømmebasseng. Supert opphold i Villa med eget svømme basseng

Vi koste oss kjempemasse i denne fine Villaen. Utleier ordnet med transport fra flyplassen og villaen hadde alt av utstyr og et kjempefint uteområde. Huset ligger ikke i et tradisjonelt ferieområdet, men det er kort vei til nærbutikker og restauranter. Vi brukte mesteparten av tiden rundt svømmebassenget, men hadde også et par fine turer til Trogir og Split. Anbefales;-)

Superb villa, excellent hosts

The villa is beautifully appointed. We were comfortable throughout our stay. The garden with heated pool is a delight with areas to sit out of the sun if required. There are some good restaurants nearby. The villa is convenient for the airport (16mins drive). Split by train is very easy. The station is 8 minutes walk away. Also convenient for visiting sites nearby. We were very happy. The villa is difficult to find as it is best entered from another road other than the true address! (The villa has 2 gates!). We were very happy. Thank you Rino and Marija.😁

A wonderful villa in beautiful Croatia.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa and didn't want to leave. Rino is such a kind and helpful host, he even met us at the airport in the evening so we could follow him to the villa (after I said I was nervous about driving in the dark on arrival.) The location is excellent, a 10 minute walk down the hill to the supermarket, local pizzeria and bus stop. We got the 37 bus into lovely Trogir and back during our stay (which stops at Spilt airport en route & ran every 20 mins). There are a couple of other cafes and restaurants within walking distance and larger supermarkets are a 5 minute drive down the road. The 37 bus in the other direction goes to Spilt but we got the train instead - the local train station is just a few mins walk up the hill from the villa. The trains are fairly infrequent but journey time is only 15-20 mins and Split train station is right by the main harbour. Much more convenient than the bus, which drops you a 15 minute walk away from the main area. You could easily get by without a hire car but we like to explore. We booked with Nova who get great recommendations. We drove to Zadar, Sibenik, Plitvice NP and across the border for a day in Bosnia. Croatia is such a beautiful country. This fully equipped villa is the perfect place to base yourself, whether exploring far and wide, or just spending time relaxing by the pool in the lovely garden. Thank you Rino - we have wonderful memories of our time there. :-)

Guter Urlaub

Haus und Verwalter, sehr gut Gegend, mittelprächtig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut Essen gehen, mittelprächtig Strand, wie in der ganzen Gegend, mittelprächtige Ich denke, da in dieser Gegend sehr viel gebaut wird, in 2-3 Jahren werden die Defizite der Infrastruktur beseitigt sein. Alles in allem, je nach Erwartungshaltung,empfehlenswert.

A beautiful Villa!

As a partially sighted person travelling with children, I was concerned to check the location of the villa and ease of access to facilities. The villa was ideal, just 10 minutes from the shops and bus stop into Split or Trogir. The Villa and gardens were beautiful and provided everything we needed. Rino was very quick to respond to all communications before our stay and was very kindly provided a transfer to and from the airport so I did not need to be anxious. My children (aged 9 and 11)) really enjoyed the pool (as did I when it got too hot to sunbathe!). There is ample space to eat, drink and relax in the garden. We enjoyed lovely days out in Split and also booked a full-day boat ride which departed from Split and stopped off at Hvar, Brac and the Pakleni Island. A really good day out. We really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely go back!

Perfect short holidays

It was a fantastic holiday and stay in split. Reno is a fantastic host and catched us up from the airport, brought over luggage to the house and was reachable over the whole time and very kind. The house itself is very clean and comfy and well equipped. Uber prices into the city around €30. This means the house is a little bit independent from the central but is big, it’s silent and the pool is super clean. We will come back in 2023 for sure.

Rino ist sehr freundliche Vermitter, alles wahr super Pool, Haus, und die Lage ist sehr schön Kiesstrand in der Nähe ci. 6min zu Fuß erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist auch überall Pizzeria, Konsum ( Große Supermarket),,, einfach schön wir planen schon die selber Villa buchen für nekstes Urlaub in 2022 -.)

Lovely Villa, Excellent hosts

We have just come back from a week at Sunny Villa and as the other reviews said the Villa is lovely and so are the owners! It's spacious and open-plan inside with a nice porch area to one side with a dinning table to eat and plenty of sun loungers & outdoor furniture to relax by the pool which was heated and an ample size for us. The Villa was nicely decorated & the garden around the pool is better than photo's and has lots of nice plants and shady areas. The location is between Split and Trogir. We didn't rent a car but managed fine with taxis. We got to know one taxi company recommended by Rino so we stuck with them for the trip. The super market is about 10 mins to walk down the hill but feels like a good 15 mins maybe slightly more to walk back. I would recommend a car for ease for shopping and getting to main site seeing places but if you are fit and you don't mind carrying your shopping up hill and using buses, taxis to get to Trogir/ Split you can manage ok. You can book a taxi to and from the amazing Krka Waterfalls for around 200 euros for 4 people. There is a bus stop opposite the Ribola supermarket at the bottom of the hill where you can go to Split which apparently takes about 45mins or Trogir maybe less 30 mins. We didn't test out the bus as taxis seemed quicker. I think it was about a 25 minute drive to the centre of Split. We had a lovely day at Hvar Island, Rino booked a taxi to the ferry in Split for us, the ferry took 1 hour (was about £30 per person for a return ticket) Trogir is a lovely medieval town with plenty of nice places to eat. We also found you can get a taxi boat at Trogir near the fort/castle ruins to a nice beach around the corner - Okrug Gorni. This had nice water to swim, lots of cafe's/ bar's along the front but a good family beach. From Trogir and Split there are lots of different boat trips you can take around the islands. Kastel Gomilica is a small urban village with a good supermarket, small bakers and take away. In Croatia there are lots of beautiful places and towns to see just bear in mind most villages and neighbourhoods in between main towns are in need of development, so it's good to have a car to travel around with more ease. Main towns aren't far. Rino and Marija were wonderful when my mum unfortunately had a fall, Rino's mum drove us to hospital in Split where she waited for 3 hours with us until we were ready to go home! What a lovely place to stay

Great villa with lovely clean good size pool. Photos don’t do it justice! Rino is a terrific host, really friendly and helpful. If you want a comfortable, well-appointed place to stay, this is it. Even has a Wi, much to my son’s delight! Close to a lovely beach and some great restaurants. We will be back!

All we needed

We had a very relaxing stay at this villa. Rino was very helpful and answered any small text queries very quickly. Villa has all you need in terms of modern appliances and the full fruit bowl and small food package was a nice surprise.

Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Haus sehr schön , sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Es ist hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Am besten hat uns der Garten und vor allem der Pool gefallen. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Very beautiful relaxing holiday

Rino collected us at the airport and gave us a detailed overview of the local area pointing out , shops, restaurants and bars, the villa was beautiful and out door facilities were perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone this villa, Rino went above and beyond for us in every way, would like to thanks his mother for coming to pick us up when we found it hard to get a taxi and his wife was lovely and helpful and dropped us off at airport,Excellent host. Cute little villa!

Great stay at sunny garden villa. Everything you need, and villa itself is lovely and bright, airy and just brilliant! The outdoor but is great aswell, amazing pool and lovely seating area, me and my girls loved every minute. Would have been nice to have a slightly earlier check in time- but wouldn’t have been an issue if we hadn’t of got such an early flight! Great service from Rink aswell for picking us up and dropping us off. Great stay and would definately come back! Thankyou Rino!

Geweldig verblijf en fantastische hulp!

Een koelkast met onbeperkte ijsblokjes! Mooi zwembad en goed klaargemaakte bedden. De locatie was wat minder, erg rustig en beetje afgelegen. Maar voor de rest heel erg goed verblijf en Rino is een topgozer!

Great outdoor area

Brilliant service from Rino who picked us up from the airport. He then took us to a supermarket on the way to the villa, as we were too late for the local one. He picked up our friend who was arriving a few days later. On our last day we had a very late flight. Rino arranged to bring us to Trogir where our cases were stored for the day. Then we were taken to the airport later that day. Fantastic service! We also enjoyed the basket of fruit and locally grown vegetables. The villa itself is clean, well presented and has a beautiful sunny garden with a great pool. There is a supermarket and bus stops within 5-10 minute walk. The bus service to Trogir and Split very regular. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing holiday.

Better than we could imagine!

Such a nice place! Fresh, clean and plenty of space. The apartment has absolutely everything you need! One bathroom with toilet and one separate toilet, good for us, and we where 8 people. The garden was so nice, beautiful with a lot of plants, pool, outdoor shower. Sunchairs and many different places to sit with tables and chairs, so you could easily chose if you wanted to sit in the sun or in the shade. Perfect place specially if you travel with kids! Rino was really friendly and picked us up from the airport. And took us back to the airport when we went home again. The villa is situated in Kastela Gomilica, one part of the town Kastela. (The castel closest to the villa is used in filming scenes for Bravoos in Game of Thones, really nice to see, so beautiful with the old stonebuildings). The villa is in a very quiet place, 5 minutes walk down to the road with buses to both Split and the smaller town Trogir. 15 minutes walk from the villa is a very nice restaurant by the road: "Odmor" We can really recommend the food here!!

Great stay

We stayed 2 families, 4 adults and 4 children (3-6 years) and we all loved the house. The garden and pool area was great. The house had everything that we needed. We rented a car and the area was a great start to visiting Split, Trogir, Krka, Klis fortress, Omis and other areas. If you walk down to the ocean there was a small beach where you can buy drinks. The "castle" in Kastel Gomilica was used as a recording place for game of thrones (the outsides of braavos). Worth a visit if youre a fan.

perfect place for a relaxing vacation

First of all, Rino met us at the airport and escorted us to his home. It is perfectly situated along a string of towns on the coastline just to the north of Split. Lovely home. Kitchen has everything you need. Beautiful garden area with pool. All along the roadside you can find wild herbs, including fennel and rosemary. Easy to go for day trip to Trogir and Split, both lovely old towns. We had a very nice time.
