Four Points by Sheraton Juneau
"The check-in process was confusing as apparently my assigned room was given to another guest. It took a staff of four to figure out what happened but they more than made it up by upgrading to a room with water views."

The Silverbow Inn
"The staff at the Silverbow were incredibly helpful and kind. The property is amazing and quirky (in a good way). It's in an excellent location, very close to a ton of restaurants and shops. We loved our stay."
