«Staff not cooperating»

«Alt var glimrende. Fint og stort rom. Svært hyggelig og serviceinstilt personale. Pluss for funn av mistede solbriller og la dem inn på rommet igjen. Det eneste å trekke for er bråk/høy musikk fredag og lørdag natt i forhold til søvn og noe hard madrass/puter.»

No a/c when asked about fans or portable a/c units it was stated they would provide and did not respond or stop in. No communication they were not coming. Temperatures in the mid 30’s, There was garbage left in the bathroom. The refrigerator was not clean. Stains on the futon and some of the linens. Over all cleanliness not the best. «We chose this property because of its excellent location, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, as well as the advertised air conditioning and two bathrooms. The apartment was nicely decorated, check-in was easy, and communication with the host was good. However, the air conditioning is only in the living room, so the bedroom stayed quite warm despite the portable fans. We also encountered cockroaches during our stay, which we reported to the host. «La ubicación es muy buena! Pero si piensas ir en verano no vayas ya que no cuentan con aire acondicionado y es imposible estar en el departamento con el calor tan fuerte que hace. Nos proporcionaron ventiladores pero eran de muy mala calidad y no servían para nada.»

«Appartement petit mais très confortable. Très facile de communiquer avec les hôtes, ils ont le soucis de notre bien être. Nous avions reçu avant notre arrivée plusieurs informations concernant les commodités au alentours de notre résidence ( restaurant, épicerie, boulangerie…) qui nous ont été très utiles. L’air climatisé fonctionnait très bien! Je recommande»
