«Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. »

«I reckon every time house keeping comes in they should replace towels and sheets , as we stayed for more then 3 nights and noticed the first time they came in they used the same sheets. We knew it was the same sheets because we took them off the first night and left it on the floor and we came back and noticed the same sheets were on the bed. Besides that we enjoyed our stay staff were very friendly and welcoming, Will definitely be back in the future. »

«From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. »

«We had a wonderful two-night stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. We chose this motel because it’s not on the main road, thus it’s very quiet and comfortable resting at night!
The rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean and newly renovated, making everything feel fresh and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Parking was never an issue — even with high occupancy, there was plenty of space available.

«Rooms were old and dainted, had issues with the air-conditioning on night 2, they offered fans which was unacceptable so i demanded a new room which they reluctantly obliged after some convincing.
Found some of the staff rude and not hospitable. Wont be using this hotel again and will definitely NOT be recommending it to anyone. »
