Welcome to the beach! Previous guests left reviews with suggestions and the owner
listened and responded with updating this ocean view townhouse! This villa offers
two living areas, three comfortable bedrooms, and three full private bathroom all
within a split floor plan on three levels.

When you enter the villa, you have the option of going downstairs to a small living area
with a sleep sofa and flat screen TV along with a private queen bedroom and private
bathroom with a walk in shower. On the ground floor, you can exit the villa out to a patio
that has seating and a grill for your use. Easy walk over to the pool or out to the beach
from this level.

Going upstairs from the front door, the 2nd level is the open living area with a fully
equipped kitchen, dining table and living area with a TV. From this level, guests will
be looking over that landscaped grounds of Hilton Head Beach Villas where there is
a brand new complex pool for the guests to enjoy along with a boarded beach walk
out to the ocean.

Up a few more steps to the 3rd level and you have two more bedrooms both with
kings beds and private bathrooms. Noisy traffic complaints have been addressed
with replacement of those doors with new windows making for quiet nights! Both
bathrooms have been fully renovated in 2025.

Laundry room is located on the entrance floor. Full washer and dryer are available
for guests use.

Enjoy grilling on the back patio or an evening indoors watching a movie on the large
sectional sofa in the living room, this villa offers a comfy and cozy vacation. Only a
few steps to the complex pool from your back door or only a short walk down the
boarded beach walk to the ocean makes it a great location to stay. Park right in
front of the villa and entry on the ground floor for your convenience. No elevator
is needed with the townhouse. Very few complexes on Hilton Head are like this
anymore on the beach! This is also a small complex of villas, so the pool is usually not
overcrowded. Easy bike ride or even a nice walk down to Coligny Plaza where there
are over 70+ shops and restaurants to enjoy.
