«I have been coming to Seaside since 1985. I LOT has changed but it is still a great place to visit. This condo is centrally located to everything and literally steps to all the restaurants. You will not need your car until you leave. Definitely bring or rent bikes. And make sure to get out and hike in the national forrest that surrounds seaside. The location is AMAZING (within walking distance to everything you could need). The place was very clean and having a washer & dryer for our stay was useful. «We stayed here for family outing in November. The property is well described- roomy house and bedrooms- comfortable. The big selling point for us was the open front deck when weather was nice and then the front screened in porch for rainy days or buggy nights. Good location and free bikes are a plus.»

«This house couldn't have been any nicer! Everything was super clean and there was plenty of space for all of our guests! Another huge plus was having a bathroom for every bedroom. That made it easy for everyone to get ready and have some privacy. The pool and hot tub was a super bonus as well! We have stayed in several places in 30A and this is the nicest one yet!
