«The staff was great. When I arrived it was a dog barking loudly in the room right next to me. The staff moved me to another room without a problem. The hotel was very clean BUT my only problem is the walls are super thin. I could hear everything going on in the room beside me. I had to sleep with the tv on in order to get some sleep »

«The area and location are great, but the magnolia room could use some revamping. We stayed during a cold front and there was no heat in the room, so we grabbed the extra blanket out of the closet. After laying it out on the bed we realized it was full of sand that was now in the bed. The ceiling fan also couldn't be on without the light being on. »

From the thoughtful additions of things like robes, slippers, room spray, a room of treats for the kids on every level, front beach access, beautiful pools and firepit areas, to the welcoming staff that felt like family by night 2... we will be back again and again! »

«Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!»

«DO NOT STAY HERE. FALSE ADVERTISING!! The property management company told us upon arriving that we had to bring our own garbage bags, there were barely any toiletries and we were promised bicylces and the code to unlock them never worked. The 2nd day the smoke alarm went off in the morning for no reason and we had to leave for the entire day since the decibels were so high we couldnt stay in apartment. It was a true disappointment to not be able to use bikes at all. I would never stay at a ...

«The property itself was absolutely wonderful! It was within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant and it was a very clean, quiet and updated condo. We loved it! And would definitely go back again. Our only drawback was we had to call the management five times because our code would not work for our door. They were very prompt each time in attempting to get it corrected but it did take 5 calls. »
