«This house is well maintained and clean with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family of five. There is definitely room for more people too. Each room has its own bathroom which makes getting ready for outings much easier. The house is located in the seacrest beach section of Rosemary Beach and is only a five minute walk to pool and 10 minute walk to beach. «We lived in Freeport for 24 years and moved to Texas in 2022. Missed the Emerald Coast and wanted to come back for a visit. The accommodations were perfect, great area, and easy access to everything. If we ever decide to come back for a visit, we would definitely try to stay in the same place.»

«Beautiful modern style inside the building an and about a 3 minute walk to the beach, can’t really ask for better for how much we paid. Simple check in, you just drive up and that’s it. This has been the easiest place to stay, no people involved. Also the beach is beautiful and the sand is so bright and white. Me and my fiancé loved it and will definitely be back next year! «Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. »

«This house is perfect for a beach vacation! Beautifully decorated, lovely furnishings and amenities, and super clean. Gorgeous porch with lounge chairs and table and opens to both a bedroom and living area. Really enjoyed opening the blinds to let in the sunshine. Highly recommend!»
