«Room was clean and property was well taken care of. All the staff was professional and had no problem answering our questions. The hotel has a gate to walk through, not just anybody can come inside and the parking lot is also gated so they have staff that manage these services. Casa serena is located in a quiet, prosperous area that is walkable with at least 3-5 bars/restaurants nearby. We literally have zero complaints!»

«Staff/ Owners were really responsive and helpful. Property was very safe and secure with guard at gate who was patiently waiting for our arrival. Owners provided us with a 2 bedroom, 2bath apartment with a kitchen and living room and cheerfully and sweetly brought us a delicious breakfast at our personally scheduled time. Couldn’t have asked for more after having a flight cancelled unexpectedly in a city we had never been to. I would definitely come back to this property when coming to explore ...
