This property is beautiful day or night. I had better expectations of it and it fell short because the front desk staff wasn’t very serving or informative. When we got there granted it was two hours before check in they said they would contact me when a room was ready but it would be way before check in time of 3pm. From the two members I interacted with, no one mentioned if the hotel had a restaurant , bar etc no info unless I asked specifically. We walked around and didn’t get a message about the readiness until shortly before 3pm. The hotel also looked empty at the time. There is no gym on site, the bar is small if you call it that, the room gives you a refillable water bottle that you have to ask to be refilled they just won’t let you get two of them and we never made it into the restaurant because well no staff informed us there was one or what they even offered at the hotel. We ended up eating at other convent hotel restaurants nearby. Again, the hotel is pretty , the pool is small but warm and the location is fine. I would stay at a different place if I were to return.
