«It was a beautiful looking house in a great spot and had all the amenities you could want and need. Not great for little kids with all the stairs, just so many potential dangers! And the steps in the foyer to the kitchen are nearly invisible if you aren't careful you could easily fall. The house is aged a little so some of the finishes need touch ups, its not what I would describe as a cosy house, there's no rugs in any of the rooms, but for a one night stay it was great! «Loved the peace and seclusion. Wallabies grazing at your front door. The cabin was lovely, and well insulated. The passive solar design meant we didn't need to use the air con at all. Very impressed with that.»

«Great little getaway. Perfect for some quiet time and recharging. Loved it»

There's also a short trail walk and waterfall only 100m up the road. The only issue we found was the wifi drops in and out, and the cassette toilet should be ...

«Thankyou for an amazing place to stay Becca, we absolutely loved your property, great beds, beautiful furniture and tucked away in a very quiet and private location, perfect after a day out and about on the Gold Coast. The view from the house to the creek outside is quite special, having a morning coffee and watching the fish in their natural environment is quite therapeutic. We will certainly be staying again when we return next year. Becca, thanks also to yourself for being available to answer ...
