«I was happily surprised by this hotel. The price for staying at this hotel, in the middle of downtown Memphis was very low and so were my expectations. What met me here was a huge hotel room with great comfort, a very clean bathroom with tub / shower, and a tv with more channels than I could switch through. «Overall a great property!!! Nice clean area. Very quite and close to shopping. Only gripe was the mattress!!!! It was quite uncomfortable. The springs in the mattress squeaked everytime my wife or i moved. Maybe the memory foam mattress we have at home has spoiled me. Overall, its still a great property. I would book here again!!»

«The garage was great -- just big enough for our Captiva. The garage opened to the small, pristine courtyard, which led to the back door. Walking into the unit, it was exactly, maybe even better than the listing photos. There was a lovely scent throughout the rooms. The entire unit was PRISTINE! «This was our second visit to Savannah and we were very pleased with the apt!! Our only comment would be that we would like more light at night- the bulbs were dim and the 3 way bulbs had only on setting that worked. Small issue!!!!!! It was great and we look forward to coming back next year!»

«This is a wonderful place for those seeking some rest and relaxation. It is just a few steps away from Forsyth Park and close to town and excellent restaurants. Easy street parking with accessible free spots just south of the apartment. Lovely courtyard and overall very comfortable.»

«The property was without a doubt perfect from the location to the look and feel of the apartment. The only 1 inconvenience was the first night when the residents upstairs arrived home at 12:30am then blasted karaoke until almost 2am. And due to the age of the home it’s not exactly sound proof above your head. If you can deal with the footsteps and conversation then it’s perfect. I would stay there again but I’d be more prepared.»
