«The room was very clean and matched the online description. There are NO directions once you arrive at the facility to help you find your room. The microwave did the new stupid lock feature to protect children and ate our glass dish we had brought with us on the night of arrival. We notified maintenance/host, but when we checked out 2 days later, the microwave still had our dish and zero response from maintenance. My MAIN complaint is the lack of instructions telling you how to get to ...

«Excellent location. Within walking distance to most sites in the historic district and seldom had to use our car. Free, gated, onsite parking during the stay saved an additional $50/day. Well equipped kitchen, full sized refrigerator and ample seating appreciated.»

« 0 stars is more accurate. The property is at Trace Midtown however, “Global Luxury Suites” advertising on Expedia rents out several units from Trace. They say there is a 24 hr concierge available for your needs. However, the concierge works for Trace and will tell you that you need to contact Global luxury and they can’t help you. If you call GLS no one answers. Checking in took 3 hours and no one knew how to do anything since they don’t work for GLS. When we got to our unit it was not even ...
