Someone was able to check in using my ID, which is a serious security issue. when they told me that i expected immediate help and concern, but that was not the case at all. The afternoon staff was especially unhelpful and came across as rude and dismissive. «As soon as I pulled in, I was instantly iffy. The woman at the front desk was very sweet and let us go look at a room before checking in. Dirt on bed, floor was dirty and it looked like bed bugs were going to greet me at the door. I knew there was no way I could stay in a nasty room. I was given a refund because I reserved it online. I read the reviews and I’m convinced that the owner paid people for good reviews or he made the reviews himself. »
