«5-star hotel at a reasonable price. Rooms were clean, the staff were courteous, accommodating and eager to help.
The breakfast was always hot and always being replenished. The happy hour every evening was a nice surprise with drinks and food being served included.
Yazmine in housekeeping and Mary A were wonderful people to deal with. »

« No ! Our room was in the front we had no view of the ocean.
The beach was difficult to get to. The sand was deep and hard to walk on.
Breakfast was up stairs and the elevator was broken . I’m am partially handicapped and had to use the stairs which was difficult.»

«At a late night check in, I was sent to an already occupied room. Scary and unsettling. The ac dripped. The sink dripped. The tub was stained. The floor stained my socks. The saggy bed did not have a top sheet. Breakfast was not well stocked. Horrid. »

«Zero stars. My boyfriend and I showed up on the date we booked and there were two people staying in our apartment. When we got there, we walked around back as we were told in the instructions and there were wet clothes next to the "private" hot tub (men's swim trucks and a woman's bra plus other things) That gave us pause but we decided to try the key to the door since we had already drove out there.
