«Exactly as pictured! Close walking distance to so much ! The host let us use the garage which made parking stress free but there’s also a lot of street parking near by. It was clean, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony the courtyard was quiet. A nice way to end the day after so much walking ! Would definitely stay here again.»

«Good location for walking exploration of Savannah squares and Forsyth Park. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Laundry facility was not available. Kitchen could be better stocked with measuring spoons and cups. Coffee maker made coffee but warming plate didn’t work. Parking spot was nice feature and worked well for our Corolla. »

After more than an hour of trying with customer service and the handyman, while freezing, it was decided we were out of luck and would be staying at a different location. The person offering the second location said it would be a 4 bedroom unit but I could only use one room because the cleaning fee would be more than the cost to clean the entire first place just to clean an additional room. «I want to be honest to make better for next tenant. It was a great stay with few minor frustrations. The kitchen cupboards need going through to remove broken wooden handle steak knives, rusty cookie sheets, old plastic containers & bags of bags in kitchen & laundry.
