Gamle broen i Ponta do Sol

I went to this hotell for my honeymoon, so we were willing to pay extra for this special occasion. I was very dissatisfied from the beginning unfortunately. I don’t understand how they can call it 5 star hotell, everything is so dirty and outdated. Our bathroom was leaking every day and we told the staff but nothing was done, we got dirty towels and bedsheets several times. We had to ask for clean towels several times before they would give us. The food was not good, and the dirty utensils didn't make it any better. I must say most of the waiters were amazing at their job and they were the only reason we didn’t leave the hotell earlier. Outdoor area is good also. We normally don’t write reviews but this experience was not good at all.

Flott service ,fint anlegg .
